Choosing the perfect yacht is key to the success of any event. Every detail matters: the size of the vessel, the comfort of the interior, safety, and the quality of the crew’s service. The right choice of yacht sets the tone for the entire event and guarantees an unforgettable experience for guests.

After reviewing your requirements regarding the number of participants, the format of the event and the budget, I will select the best options: a luxurious charter yacht, an elegant cruise liner, an exclusive premium-class vessel or a spacious sailing yacht with panoramic views. Together, we will examine each yacht presented, evaluate its features, conduct test cruises, and familiarise ourselves with the services offered.

My task is to make your event a special occasion on board a yacht, where every guest will feel comfortable and enjoy every moment. I will find a vessel for you that will be the perfect backdrop for your celebration and allow you to host a party of the highest standard.

Artist Booking

Very often, our clients approach us with a single request — a live performance by a star artist at their celebration.
And for good reason. Seeing a favourite performer live, receiving a personal greeting, and capturing the moment in photographs creates emotions that few experiences can match.

I have been producing concerts since the very beginning of my event career in 2009. Today, we organise performances for private and corporate events worldwide.

In addition to musical artists, we arrange appearances by theatre and film actors, television personalities, bloggers, comedy performers, and international artists.

Host Casting

When the event concept is defined and the venue and headline performers are confirmed, it is time to focus on another essential element — the host. The host is the face of your celebration. Selecting the right host is always a matter of comparison and personal connection. You should feel the host, and the host should feel you — much like the connection portrayed in the iconic film Avatar. Our role is to help create that connection. Only then can the celebration unfold flawlessly and leave the strongest possible impression.

Decoration and Design

The right style of decoration can turn any event into an unforgettable spectacle. Creating the right atmosphere starts with choosing the right colour scheme, original space design and a creative approach to interior details.

On a yacht, special attention is paid to the design of the photo shoot area, festive deck decorations, and exquisite table arrangements. Additionally, we will create a unique stage design and thematic multimedia accompaniment so that guests can fully immerse themselves in the special atmosphere of the event.

You will receive a preliminary project — a visualisation of the key decorative elements — after which our designer will develop the final layout, taking into account the specifics of the yacht and the necessary technical details.

Technical Production

Providing high-quality sound, lighting and video equipment is an essential part of preparing for any significant event. Professional equipment is necessary for artists to perform comfortably and for guests to fully immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere.

We take into account the technical specifications of each yacht and provide artists with all the necessary equipment according to their requirements. Thanks to modern sound equipment, the sound is crystal clear, bright lighting effects create a magical atmosphere, and high-quality screens help to highlight important moments of the programme.

Similar to the process of developing decorations, we create a virtual representation of the technical concept: you will see in advance how the stage and lighting system for your party are set up before the event begins.

Setup and Rehearsals

This is one of the most critical stages, although it usually remains invisible to our clients. In many ways, it determines how the celebration will unfold.

Setup often begins at midnight and continues through the night, morning, and entire day until the time stated on the invitation. Depending on the scale of the project, this process may take a full day or more.

We always advise our clients not to cut costs at this stage. While setup represents only a small portion of the overall budget, its importance is difficult to overestimate.

Our experience ranges from projects requiring five full days of setup, followed by an event day and dismantling, to creating a complete anniversary celebration within just 25 hours from the first call to the moment guests take their seats.

Event Management

When every stage is complete — the script refined, décor installed, sound and lighting adjusted, and all performers rehearsed — the moment arrives.

At our events, an experienced and attentive coordination team is always present. I affectionately refer to them as my “bees”. They are responsible for every planned detail and every unforeseen situation. Everything unfolds exactly as it should. And even if something does not — you will never know.
