Decoration and Design

To emphasise the concept of the event and create a memorable image, we develop an original venue design. The process begins with the design of invitations, with electronic versions and special conference support websites often being preferred in today’s world.

When decorating the venue itself, special attention is paid to creating an expressive photo zone, table design, stage decoration and the development of a thematic video sequence that allows the audience to immerse themselves more deeply in the atmosphere of the event.

Initially, you receive a so-called Key Visual — a selection of references with various design options for key areas of the event. After the selected concept has been agreed upon, the final adaptation of the design is carried out, taking into account the characteristics of the selected venue and all technological limitations of the venue.

Technical Production

Competent technical equipment is a crucial element of a successful conference or seminar. For each of our business meetings, we set up a high-quality stage with a large screen for presentations and speeches. Upon request, we can offer additional services, including live streaming of the event on the Internet and simultaneous interpretation into foreign languages.

We carefully monitor compliance with technical standards, ensuring clear sound, bright lighting and convenient multimedia solutions. The technical design is planned in advance so that viewers can appreciate the professional execution of the event long before the programme begins.

Setup and Rehearsals

Although this stage remains hidden from the eyes of most participants, it is precisely this stage that determines the overall success and comfort of your event. The installation of the venue begins on the eve of the event, often late at night, and continues almost continuously until the start of the official part specified in the invitations.

The duration of the setup depends on the format and scale of the event: large projects sometimes take a whole night, and sometimes even a full working day or longer. Particularly important factors are the technical features of the equipment, the presence of complex structures, and the presence of well-known speakers or representatives of partner companies. The more complex the structure of the event, the more resources will be required for the preparatory stage.

Experience shows that saving money at the preparation stage is highly undesirable. Although installation costs account for a small proportion of the total budget, they play a decisive role in creating the atmosphere of the event and ensuring the technical side of the process runs smoothly.

When all the preparatory stages are complete, the optimal programme has been developed, the decorations have been installed, the necessary equipment has been set up and rehearsals have been held, the most crucial moment arrives — the event itself.
